Questions
How accurate is this estimate?
It uses our standard rates for materials and labour. After the site visit we confirm a fixed price, which usually lands within 10% of the planner's estimate.
Do I really need waterproofing?
For a rooftop with plants, heavy flooring or a water feature, yes. Leaks are the most expensive thing to fix later. We test your slab during the site visit and tell you if yours is already sound.
Can my terrace take the weight?
Soil, stone and planter boxes are heavy. We check the slab on every project and bring in a structural engineer for larger gardens before any work starts.
Do I need permission from my apartment association?
Usually for shade structures and anything fixed to common walls. We give you drawings to share with the association.
How do payments work?
A booking amount once you accept the final quote, then payments in stages as each part of the work is finished.
